Nights are Nice at Crystal Bridges

Did you know that Crystal Bridges is open until 9 pm on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday? Evening hours tend to be quieter and allow unique opportunities to see the museum in a brand new light. Take an evening stroll through our permanent collection, see the Frank Lloyd Wright House lit up at night, or enjoy dinner and drinks at Eleven overlooking our natural ponds in the glow of the evening hours.

Scroll below to see other things you can do at the museum during an evening visit.

What’s New in the Galleries?

You can’t miss the newly redesigned Contemporary Art Gallery. Stop by the lobby desk for tickets to see our newly installed Infinity Mirrored Room by Yayoi Kusama, then explore the new gallery until your ticket time. In addition to Kusama, you’ll see new acquisitions by Kehinde Wiley, David Esterly, Loie Hollowell, and some old favorites back on view, including Tom Uttech and Vanessa German.

Fan of Chihuly?

Take a look at this blog for a guide on where to find our collection of five Chihuly works lit at night. Don’t miss the Turquoise Reeds & Ozark Fiori in our corridor between the lobbies, viewable both inside and out on the grounds. Or, take a nighttime stroll on our walking trails up to the North Forest and see Fiori Boat and Sole d’Oro illuminated magnificently in the forest.

Architecture on Your Mind?

Ready for Dinner?

Eleven serves dinner on nights we’re open late. Try our shareable small plates, or order a couple of entrees. We have local beers on tap and an extensive wine list if you’re in the mood for a nightcap or are just getting the night started. Members enjoy a free dessert with the order of an entree.
