Popping the Question

Grounds 2

Of course you knew that Crystal Bridges makes a terrific place to hold a wedding or rehearsal dinner.  But did you know that Crystal Bridges is frequently used as the backdrop for marriage proposals?  I suppose it’s not surprising. We do, after all, have a ginormous golden heart hanging from the ceiling of our restaurant:

And we have a giant LOVE sculpture on our south lawn:

A local news reporter received her surprise proposal on camera at the Tulip Tree Shelter.

We’ve even had prospective grooms enlist the help of the Museum staff to orchestrate their big moment.
