Eleven Restaurant

Eleven Restaurant

Welcome to Eleven, the restaurant at Crystal Bridges. We specialize in modern American comfort food with an emphasis on traditions that hail from the “High South” region…the Ozarks. High South cuisine follows a long culinary history steeped in generations of food preparation centered on locally-produced meats, cheeses, fruits, vegetables, and grains. Careful never to manipulate the ingredients beyond their intended flavor profile, our chefs are nevertheless able to transform some of the simplest, most basic Southern staples into sophisticated presentations of earthy, rustic flavors and textures. The robust cuisine of Eleven not only nourishes, but tells a story—a story of the American spirit, inspired by the artworks, natural surroundings, and fascinating regional history connected to our Museum.
